2D Electromagnetic Sandbox

See the field that physics textbooks only describe.

FieldFlux turns Coulomb's law and the Lorentz force into something you can touch. Drop charges, watch field lines bend in real time, and fire particles through the forces you built — all in a dark glass interface designed for focus.

⚡ 100% On-Device 🔒 Zero Permissions 🚫 No Cloud, No Paywalls

Tap the canvas to place a charge. Field lines and a live test particle trace the forces instantly.

About Us

Built by people who missed physics class the invisible parts.

We're a small crew of physics educators, simulation engineers, and science enthusiasts who kept running into the same problem: electromagnetism is taught with formulas, but rarely felt. FieldFlux started as a weekend prototype for tracing field lines by hand — it grew into a full electromagnetic sandbox because the "aha" moment of watching a charge bend a field was too good to keep to ourselves.
🧲Our mission is simple: make invisible forces visible. Every vector field, equipotential contour, and force heatmap in FieldFlux exists so that Coulomb's law stops being an abstract equation and becomes a shape you can actually see move across the screen.
🔬What you get is a real physics laboratory in your pocket: place charges and trace live field lines, launch electrons and protons to study cyclotron motion and Lorentz deflection, solve field-based puzzles, and run precise Coulomb and permittivity calculations — all rendered in a calm, dark glass interface with zero setup.
⚛️And because it runs 100% on-device with zero permissions, no accounts, and no cloud dependency, FieldFlux is simply a physics engine that answers to you — nothing more, nothing less.
Where invisible forces become visible paths.
Privacy Policy

Nothing to collect. Nothing to leak.

Effective Date: February 2026

FieldFlux: Electromagnetic Physics was designed around a single privacy principle: your device never has to talk to anyone but you. Every simulation, calculation, and puzzle in the app runs entirely on-device, with zero permissions requested and zero network calls required. This policy explains, in plain terms, exactly what that means.

1.Information We Collect

FieldFlux collects nothing. We do not request your name, email, location, device identifiers, usage analytics, or any other personal or technical data. There are no sign-up forms, no login screens, and no hidden data-capture routines anywhere in the app.

2.How We Use Information

Because no information is ever collected, none is ever used, analyzed, profiled, shared, or sold. There is no advertising engine, no behavioral tracking, and no usage dashboard feeding data back to us — your charge placements and particle trajectories are yours alone.

3.Data Storage

Any simulation state, saved puzzle progress, or lab calculation history is stored exclusively in local storage on your own device. FieldFlux has no backend server and no cloud database, so there is nothing to synchronize, back up, or expose off-device.

4.Third-Party Services

FieldFlux does not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash-reporting trackers, or social media plug-ins. The app functions as a closed, self-contained physics environment with no external service dependencies.

5.Data Security

Since all field simulations, particle calculations, and lab data remain on your device rather than traveling across a network, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote database to breach. Your device's own operating-system safeguards protect the app exactly as they protect any other local file.

6.Children's Privacy

FieldFlux is safe for learners of all ages. Because the app never collects personal information from anyone, regardless of age, it does not knowingly or unknowingly gather data from children, in line with the spirit of COPPA and similar regulations worldwide.

7.Your Control

There are no accounts to manage and no cloud profile to delete because none exist. If you wish to remove all local FieldFlux data, simply uninstall the app from your device — every stored simulation and setting is removed along with it.

8.Changes to This Policy

If our practices ever change, this policy will be updated within the app and its effective date revised accordingly. We will never introduce data collection silently; any material change would be reflected clearly here first.

9.Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy can be sent to privacy@fieldfluxelectromagneticphysicsapp.com.
